The cooling unit of this single-door Universal counter is on the left, and the compartment is sized for GN 1/1. The one-piece stainless-steel body is 71 cm high and 70 cm deep with rounded internal corners.
A rack with five sliding positions also accepts FlexSpace drawers, and a duct panel directs air from the fan. The optional APOLINK accessory adds remote control over Ethernet and HACCP data storage. At −2…+10 °C, energy use is 0.58 kWh per 24 h or 210 kWh a year, class A+.
