The 4 cm AISI 304 top sits on a sound-deadening underlay, the drawers offer 30 × 54 × 20 cm of usable space each, and the cooling unit is on the left. This Universal counter is 70 cm deep for GN 1/1, in a one-piece stainless-steel body.
A touch thermometer-thermostat with RS485 port runs the fan-assisted cooling, and the evaporator is anti-corrosion treated. An APOLINK accessory can be added for Ethernet remote control and a HACCP data history. Range −2…+10 °C, 64 litres net, 0.59 kWh per 24 h (214 kWh a year, A+, EEI 10.96).
