Counter cooler UC5360

Six GN 1/1 drawers share the 262 litres of net capacity in the Tefcold UC5360, keeping different ingredients apart, with each drawer opening straight towards the cook. At 670 mm high, the counter is designed to go under a worktop. Cooling is fan-assisted with an internal fan and defrost is automatic.

An electronic controller holds the set temperature, shown on a thermometer. The exterior and interior are AISI 304 stainless steel, and the unit rests on four adjustable feet. Temperature range +2…+8 °C in climate class 4 (+30 °C, 55% relative humidity); refrigerant R600a, 300 W rated power, energy use 2.51 kWh per 24 h, noise level 42 dBA.
