Ice and fish are laid on a 50 mm deep stainless tray, and meltwater is led straight to a drain. LED lighting in the upper part of the cabinet and anti-mist front glass keep the fish clearly visible.
The front glass lifts up for cleaning and stays there. Cooling is fan-assisted and defrost automatic electric. Below is a wide-door storage compartment for E2 boxes, with a stainless rear shelf, two 220–240 V sockets and stainless bumper bars.
