It is open at the back so staff can reach the products easily, and SOC modules can be joined in a row with a multiplexing kit. The 825 mm deep display deck is stainless steel, lit by LED lights in the top.
The anti-mist front glass opens forward for cleaning. Fan-assisted cooling, automatic electric defrost, an electronic controller and a thermometer. Below is a storage compartment with wide doors for standard E2 vegetable boxes, plus a stainless rear shelf and two 220–240 V sockets.
