Ingredient vitrine GV-225

The Asber GV-225 keeps pizza, salad and sandwich toppings chilled in front of the operator. This glazed stainless-steel vitrine is 2242 mm wide and holds ten GN 1/4 containers up to 150 mm deep. The refrigeration unit is built in.

The pans are cooled by a cold plate. Interior corners are rounded to avoid dirt traps, and a purpose-designed water drain makes cleaning quicker. Temperature is controlled electronically.

Temperature range +2…+8 °C in climate class 4, refrigerant R600a, rated power 102 W, supply 230 V / 50 Hz. At 2242 × 336 × 450 mm, the vitrine has a net weight of 64 kg (67 kg gross).
