Ingredient vitrine GVL-135

The GVL-135 is Asber's low ingredient vitrine, only 290 mm high, mounted on top of a worktop or refrigerated counter. It holds five GN 1/4 pans and is 1342 mm wide. Toppings are kept between +2 and +8 °C.

The vitrine is rated for climate class 4 and runs on R600a refrigerant. It connects to 230 V / 50 Hz and draws 102 W. In size it is 1342 mm wide and 336 mm deep, weighing 50 kg net (52 kg gross).
