Description

Twelve GN 1/3 pans fit into the Asber GVL-254, which is 2542 mm wide, 396 mm deep and 290 mm high. It is mounted on a long worktop and keeps toppings chilled directly in front of the operator. Toppings are held between +2 and +8 °C in climate class 4.

The vitrine needs a 230 V / 50 Hz supply, draws 169 W and uses R600a refrigerant. Net weight 68 kg, 78 kg packed.
