A gross volume of 425 litres and 303 litres net give a narrow cabinet a useful amount of storage. An internal fan circulates the air, and defrost is automatic with the meltwater evaporated.
The electronic Gram controller includes alarms, a voltage-free contact and offset; audible and visual alarms signal high or low temperature and a door left open. The interior is aluminium and stainless steel or stainless steel only, and the thermometer is digital.
