The ergonomic cabinet has a securely closing, lockable door and a robust full-length handle, a white painted-steel exterior and a stainless-steel interior.
Ventilated air distribution keeps the temperature even, and LED lighting in the door frame lights the chamber. The MPC controller logs temperatures and records the length of any power cut and the temperature that followed, while settings are kept through the outage.
Sensors are calibrated individually, an extra sensor simulates the product core temperature, and alarms are given both visually and audibly. Insulation is 60 mm of polyurethane foam. Energy use 8.93 kWh per 24 h, noise 57.8 dBA, refrigerant R290, ambient range +10…+30 °C.
