It has a gross volume of 425 litres and a net volume of 303 litres, with a temperature range of −25 to −5 °C. The cabinet uses fan-assisted cooling and automatic defrost, with the defrost water evaporated.
An electronic Gram controller with digital thermometer gives audible and visual alarms for high or low temperature and an open door, and adds a voltage-free contact and offset. The interior is aluminium and stainless steel or all stainless steel, behind a solid door.
