Danish-made BioUltra, introduced as BioLine's first ultra-low-temperature freezer. A cascade refrigeration system allows storage temperatures down to -86°C. UL570 has an operating range of -60°C to -86°C for storing important biological materials.
A robust handle and securely closing door, with insulated inner doors to limit temperature fluctuations during opening. The MPC 4.6 controller records the history of temperature fluctuations. When connected to a computer, it allows selected periods to be documented and presented as graphs and tables.
Controller software updates are available. Easy-to-read LED display and soft-touch buttons. Calibration settings are retained during a power failure; the controller records the interruption duration and the cabinet temperature afterwards.
Each temperature sensor can be calibrated separately. An internal E-sensor can simulate the core temperature of the stored material, allowing alarms to be programmed accordingly. The setting buttons can be locked with an individual code to prevent unauthorised changes.
Visual and audible alarms indicate temperature fluctuations, an open door or a door that has not closed properly. 70 mm HFC- and CFC-free cyclopentane insulation. BioUltra is available with a white painted-steel exterior and stainless-steel interior, or with stainless steel both inside and outside.
Interior fittings can be configured to the customer's needs. Check the manufacturer's documentation for the exact model and intended storage application.
