Bakery freezer Hoshizaki Baker F 550 L DR

The Hoshizaki Baker F 550 L DR is a single-door freezer from the bakery cabinet range, with an interior sized for 400 × 600 mm trays. It takes up to 50 trays, so dough products and semi-finished goods can be frozen directly on the trays. Gross volume 480 litres, net 312 litres.

The solid door locks and the chamber has LED lighting. Internal and external surfaces are AISI 304 stainless steel, and the cabinet stands on 130–180 mm legs. The refrigeration unit is built in and uses the natural refrigerant R290.

Temperature range −25…+12 °C, climate class 5 (+40 °C, 40% relative humidity). Energy use 5.51 kWh per 24 h or 2011 kWh a year (energy class D), electrical power 560 W. Overall size 610 × 895 × 2080 mm; gross weight 140 kg, net 124 kg.
