Bakery counter PK-1831

With three refrigerated cupboards across 1820 mm, the PK-1831 is a bakery counter for larger tray volumes. The cupboards hold 30 pairs of runners for 400 × 600 mm trays in total, so several trays can be kept chilled under the worktop at once. A single drawer takes a 150 mm deep GN 1/1 pan and extends to 110% on slides with a retraction lock.

The worktop is offered with or without flour upstands, and a birch or stone top can be chosen when ordering. The digital thermostat keeps +2…+5 °C with automatic defrosting; the quick-change refrigeration unit weighs 29 kg and uses R290 (130 g). Power 600 W, 230 V, 50 Hz.
