Bakery counter PK-1931

The PK-1931 suits bakeries that work with 450 × 600 mm trays and need plenty of chilled space for them. Three doors open onto 30 pairs of runners in total, beneath a 1970 mm worktop. Beside the cupboards is a drawer for a 150 mm deep GN 1/1 pan, opening to 110% with a retraction lock on the slides.

The worktop can be ordered with or without flour upstands, or in birch or stone. Cooling is by a quick-change 29 kg refrigeration unit on R290 (130 g), with automatic defrost and a digital thermostat set within +2…+5 °C. Rated power is 600 W on 230 V, 50 Hz.
