Bakery freezer BF850

Frozen dough products and part-baked goods can stay on the trays they were made on inside the Tefcold BF850. The freezer has ten pairs of runners for 600 × 400 or 600 × 800 mm bakery trays, and both cabinet and interior are stainless steel. The solid door has a full-length handle and lock, and the interior is LED-lit.

Fan-assisted cooling keeps every tray at the same temperature, while defrost and defrost-water evaporation are automatic. An electronic controller with a digital thermometer manages the temperature. Four castors, two of them braked, make cleaning and repositioning easier.

Working range −24 to −18 °C in climate class N (+16 to +32 °C). The freezer draws 700 W and uses 8.63 kWh per 24 h, with R290 refrigerant and 48 dB(A) noise. Gross volume is 850 litres, external size 740 × 990 × 2010 mm and internal 620 × 860 × 1397 mm; net weight 143 kg.
