Besides the granite worktop, it has a refrigerated well for GN 1/6 pans holding pizza ingredients (pans not included), with cupboards below for stock. Behind the two solid doors are two white wire shelves.
Fan-assisted cooling keeps the temperature even, defrosting is automatic, and an electronic controller and thermometer allow it to be checked. The counter stands on four adjustable feet. Temperature +2…+10 °C, gross volume 260 l, net 225 l, internal dimensions 830 × 515 × 526 mm.
