Both cupboards have eight pairs of runners for 50 mm deep GN 1/1 pans, and shelves that sit on the runners can be added on request.
The drawer holds one 200 mm deep GN 1/1 pan, extends to 110% and runs on slides with a retraction lock. A digital thermostat maintains +2…+5 °C with automatic defrosting, and the refrigeration unit is quick-change (27 kg, R290, 100 g). Power 400 W, 230 V, 50 Hz.
Net weight 117 kg, legs 160 ± 15 mm. Birch or stone worktops can also be ordered.
