Pizza prep counter PZK-1617

With seven drawers, the PZK-1617 keeps most of its chilled capacity in drawers: six take 150 mm deep GN 1/1 pans and one a 200 mm deep pan. The counter is 1600 mm wide with a flour-edged worktop. The single cupboard, at the left-hand end as standard, has eight pairs of runners for 50 mm GN 1/1 pans; its position and an optional shelf for the runners can be specified when ordering.

The drawers open to 110% on retraction-lock slides that are quick to replace. Temperature range +2…+5 °C with a digital thermostat and automatic defrost. The quick-change refrigeration unit weighs 29 kg and uses 130 g of R290; rated power 600 W.
