Pizza prep counter PZK-1618

For sorting pizza toppings, the PZK-1618 has eight drawers in three depths: four for 100 mm, three for 150 mm and one for 200 mm GN 1/1 pans. Each topping can go into a pan of a suitable depth. There is also one cupboard at the left-hand end with eight pairs of runners for 50 mm GN 1/1 pans.

Its position can be changed if required, and a shelf for the runners is optional. The drawers extend to 110% and the slides have a retraction lock. The worktop is flour-edged, with birch or stone available on request.

A digital thermostat holds +2…+5 °C, defrost is automatic, and the quick-change 29 kg refrigeration unit runs on 130 g of R290. Power 600 W, 230 V, 50 Hz; dimensions 1600 × 650 × 900 mm, net weight 173 kg.
