Pizza prep counter PZK-1631

For pizza kitchens that prefer cupboard space, the PZK-1631 has three refrigerated cupboards and one drawer under a 1600 mm flour-edged worktop. Every cupboard has eight pairs of runners for 50 mm deep GN 1/1 pans. The single drawer holds one 200 mm deep GN 1/1 pan, extends to 110% and runs on slides with a retraction lock.

Shelves for the runners can be added on request, as can a birch or stone worktop. The digital thermostat keeps +2…+5 °C and defrosting is automatic. The quick-change refrigeration unit weighs 29 kg with 130 g of R290; power 600 W, supply 230 V, 50 Hz.
