Roll-Through Fridge RTC1760X1

When prepared food travels by trolley from the kitchen to the serving area, the RTC1760X1 can sit between the two, as it opens at the front and at the back. There is room for two 20-tray trolleys – 2 × GN 2/1, 2 × 600 × 400 mm or 4 × GN 1/1 – which are bought separately.

The cabinet is SS304 stainless steel inside and out and has handles and a lock. An internal fan provides the cooling, defrost is automatic, and the temperature is set electronically and shown on a digital display. No interior lighting is fitted.

Volumes are 2070 litres gross and 832 litres net. External dimensions 1760 × 1082 × 2202 mm; internal 1600 × 906 × 1810 mm. Range +2 to +10 °C, refrigerant R290, rated power 650 W, energy use 6.3 kWh per 24 h, noise 52 dB(A).
