The well takes GN 1/3 and 1/9 pans up to 150 mm deep (not included). Below is a GN 1/1 cabinet with two doors and two adjustable white wire shelves.
Fan-assisted cooling, automatic defrost and an electronic controller with thermometer maintain the temperature. Cabinet and interior are AISI 201 stainless steel, and the four feet are adjustable.
