Call sales +372 5559 3678The GS92 keeps everything needed for food prep within reach: the top is filled with GN pans (not included) and the GN 1/1 cupboards below hold chilled stock. The chopping board is polypropylene. Behind the two solid doors are two white wire shelves with adjustable height.
The body is AISI 201 stainless steel. Fan-assisted cooling and automatic defrost keep the temperature even, and an electronic controller and thermometer allow it to be monitored. The feet are adjustable.
The temperature range is +2…+10 °C, gross volume 260 l, net 225 l, internal dimensions 830 × 515 × 526 mm. The counter uses 2.4 kWh per 24 h and 155 W, noise 42 dBA, refrigerant R600a. Outer size 900 × 700 × 877 mm; net weight 67 kg (77 kg gross).
