Saladette counter SA1045

The SA1045 is a 1045 mm saladette counter: GN pans of ingredients go into its open top, while the cabinet below holds chilled stock. It belongs to Tefcold's AISI 304 stainless-steel range. The cabinet has two solid doors and two white wire shelves.

Fan-assisted cooling and automatic defrost keep the temperature even, a digital controller displays it and a thermometer is also fitted. GN pans are not included. The counter rests on four adjustable feet.

Temperature +2…+10 °C, gross volume 270 l, net 240 l, internal measurements 975 × 515 × 500 mm. Daily energy use 2.5 kWh, electrical power 175 W, noise 42 dBA and refrigerant R600a. The counter is 1045 mm wide, 700 mm deep and 877 mm high and weighs 75 kg, or 85 kg packed.
