Saladette counter SA920

With the SA920, everything for meal prep is in one place: the open top takes GN pans (not included), and the GN 1/1 cupboards with wire shelves hold chilled stock. The worktop is durable plastic and a chopping board is included, while the cabinet itself is AISI 304 stainless steel.

Two white wire shelves sit behind the two solid doors. Fan-assisted cooling and automatic defrost keep the temperature even, and the digital controller makes it easy to adjust; a thermometer is fitted. Gross volume 260 l, net 230 l, internal dimensions 830 × 515 × 500 mm and temperature +2…+10 °C.

Energy use is 2.1 kWh per 24 h, power 155 W, noise 42 dBA and refrigerant R600a. Standing on four adjustable feet, the counter measures 900 × 700 × 877 mm and weighs 70 kg (80 kg packed).
