Saladette counter SS920

For professional kitchens with less space, the 900 mm SS920 keeps ingredients chilled and at hand for sandwiches and other dishes alike. GN 1/6 pans fit into the raised cooling well without reducing cabinet space. The counter is AISI 304 stainless steel, with two white wire shelves behind its two solid doors.

Fan-assisted cooling and automatic defrost keep the temperature stable, regulated by an electronic controller and shown on a thermometer. GN 1/6 pans are sourced separately. Temperature range +2…+10 °C, gross volume 228 l and net 201 l, interior 830 × 515 × 500 mm.

It uses 2 kWh per 24 h, with 155 W power, 42 dBA noise and R600a refrigerant. At 900 × 700 × 950 mm the counter weighs 80 kg, or 90 kg packed.
