This G-line cabinet was developed for busy kitchens, with a stainless steel exterior and interior that accept GN 2/1 pans. The two self-closing solid doors have full-length integrated handles and locks.
Six removable GN 2/1 wire shelves are adjustable, and more can be ordered. Cooling is by internal fan with automatic defrost and defrost-water evaporation, and the electronic controller has a digital readout. Four strong wheels, two with brakes, make it easy to move for daily cleaning; adjustable feet are an option.
