The cabinet is durable AISI 201 stainless steel and accepts GN 1/1 pans. The self-closing door locks, and inside are three adjustable wire shelves and LED lighting.
Fan-assisted cooling and automatic defrost, with the temperature set and displayed on a digital controller. Four sturdy castors, two with brakes, let the freezer be rolled out for daily cleaning. A foot pedal for opening the door is available as an accessory.
