The Sagi HD7BT is a solid-door freezer for professional kitchens with an interior sized for GN 2/1 gastronorm containers. Both the cabinet and the interior are fingerprint-resistant stainless steel, and the refrigerant is R290. Three plastic-coated GN 2/1 wire shelves are supplied, with a load capacity of 35 kg.
The right-hinged solid door closes automatically, locks and is reversible, with a full-length integrated handle. Defrost and meltwater evaporation are automatic, and an electronic controller with digital display manages the temperature. Four adjustable feet carry the cabinet.
