Multideck display freezer ISA Pearl

Part of the new Jewels range of remote wall-site cabinets, the ISA Pearl is a multideck freezer for ice cream and frozen food. It runs at either −20…−18 °C or −25…−23 °C, so the same cabinet can carry ice cream or goods that need a deeper freeze. The cabinet uses R744 and connects to a remote refrigeration system; the condensing unit is not supplied.

Cooling is fan-assisted, defrost is electric and lighting is LED. There are six shelves. End panels come panoramic, solid or mirrored, and intermediate panels allow several cabinets to be joined in a run.

Four lengths are available, 1560, 2340, 3120 and 3900 mm, all 1000 mm deep and either 2050 or 2250 mm high. Climate class 3.
