It is AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out and holds −20…−10 °C. Inside is one plastic-coated GN 1/1 wire shelf on stainless-steel runners.
Optionally, the door can be replaced with two half drawers, and internal drawers 75 or 150 mm high and castors can be fitted. Defrost is automatic, cold air is spread evenly through a ventilation channel under the worktop, and the touch-screen controller gives a HACCP alarm.
Versions and codes: S without worktop TCAA1000000000 (810 mm), P with worktop TCAA1100000000 (850 mm), A with worktop and splashback TCAA1200000000 (950 mm). The P version is 853 × 700 × 850 mm and weighs 117 kg net. Refrigerating capacity 454 W (−23.3/+54.4 °C), electrical power 470 W, R290, 50 mm insulation.
