About this product

Description

The Premier FL 2 is a two-section Hoshizaki freezer counter: worktop on top, two lockable doors below and frozen stock held at −25…−5 °C. It belongs on the line where frozen ingredients have to be next to the cook rather than in a cabinet at the far end of the kitchen.

Each door has two GN 1/1 shelves behind it. Gross volume is 301 litres with 192 net, energy use 3.86 kWh per 24 h (class C) and noise 45 dBA. The counter measures 1310 × 700 × 794 mm, stands on 130–180 mm legs and runs on R290.
