The TAG 4553 T is an end-of-stock hermetic compressor for medium- and high-temperature commercial and industrial refrigeration. Its data sheet lists an HBP suction range of −25…+15 °C and R-22 as the refrigerant; displacement is 100.7 cm³. At EN12900 conditions (−10 °C evaporating, +45 °C condensing, +20 °C suction gas, 10 K subcooling) refrigerating capacity is 6144 W and power input 2856 W.
It runs on three-phase 400 V / 50 Hz with up to 45 A at start and 12 A running. Standard equipment includes suction and discharge shut-off valves and a crankcase heater. Brazed connections are 7/8″ (22.2 mm) suction and 5/8″ (15.9 mm) discharge.
