Description
Built for commercial and industrial refrigeration, the Tecumseh Europe TAJ 4519 Z covers the medium and high back-pressure range (MHBP) with evaporating temperatures from −15 to +15 °C. It is a hermetic unit for R-404a with a displacement of 34.45 cm³. Under EN12900 rating conditions (−10 °C evaporating, +45 °C condensing, +20 °C suction gas, 10 K subcooling) it produces 2335 W of cooling and draws 1523 W.
The supply is 3-phase 400 V 50 Hz; starting current peaks at 22 A and the running current is 4.8 A. Brazed connections: 5/8″ (15.9 mm) suction and 3/8″ (9.5 mm) discharge. A suction-side shut-off valve comes fitted.
The compressor is 282 mm high with a 203.2 × 122.2 mm foot mounting pattern. Confirm that the oil type matches the refrigerant in use.
