Food-to-go display case ES System K Vello Hot Dog

Vello Hot Dog is a food-to-go counter that combines a chilled display with room for hot-snack equipment. The display is adapted for the manufacturer's accessories, namely a roller grill, a bain-marie or a toaster, with a cable passage in the worktop and additional sockets for connecting them.

The construction and side panels are stainless steel, the single front glass is hinged and the sides have single glass doors. The counter holds three refrigerated GN 1/1 drawers and three neutral drawers. Top LED lighting, fan-assisted cooling, natural defrost and an electronic thermostat are standard, and condensate goes to a drain (pipes not included).

No front panel is fitted; if one is ordered it comes in a choice of RAL colours such as RAL 9003, RAL 3000, RAL 5010 or RAL 9005. Module 1.2 is 1200 mm long with 18 mm side panels, 97 litres of useful capacity and temperature class 3M1 (−1…+5 °C). Refrigerant R290, climate class 3, 230 V / 50 Hz; the line also exists in a remote version.
