Drop-in cold plate DIKT-3GN

Where cold dishes are laid out on platters or plates, a flat chilled surface works better than a well. The DIKT-3GN is 1200 mm long and holds three GN 1/1 containers. The cut-out required is 1100 × 575 mm, and the underside must be left open, not enclosed.

A mechanical thermostat keeps the plate within +3…+5 °C. A 1200 mm top or serving shelf with lighting and a clear glass sneeze guard is available to order. Dimensions 1200 × 645 × 340 mm, net weight 46 kg.
