Drop-in cold plate DIKT-4GN

Longest of the cold plates in the series, the DIKT-4GN has room for four GN 1/1 containers, or the equivalent in plates and platters, across 1600 mm. Food sits directly on the flat chilled surface. The unit is built into a frame or worktop through a 1500 × 575 mm opening, and the space below has to stay open.

A mechanical thermostat controls the +3…+5 °C range. A 1600 mm top or serving shelf with lighting and a clear glass sneeze guard can be added as an option. External size 1600 × 645 × 340 mm, power 500 W, supply 230 V, 50 Hz, stainless-steel housing.
