Description

A large catering operation that has to guarantee clean ice gains extra protection with the IM-240APE-U: UV-C light sanitises the inside of the machine, while automatic cleaning handles the regular wash. Output is up to 210 kg of large 28 × 28 × 32 mm cubes per 24 h.

The head is used with a separately ordered bin. The air-cooled machine runs on R290 and draws 850 W, using 27.9 litres of water an hour. Without a bin it weighs 78 kg.
