Description

Making large cubes (28 × 28 × 32 mm, about 23 g), the Hoshizaki IM-30CPE-U is a narrow-bodied machine for cafés, bars and smaller restaurants. Finished ice is stored in a built-in 11.5 kg bin. Besides automatic cleaning, the machine has UV-C sanitising.

The condenser is air-cooled and the refrigerant is R290. It produces up to 34 kg of ice per 24 h and uses 6.2 litres of water an hour at +10 °C air and water. Electrical power 215 W (220–240 V / 50 Hz); external dimensions 398 × 461 × 695 mm, 36 kg net, 41 kg gross.
