Description

Fully automatic cleaning is standard on the Hoshizaki KM-140C-HC-W, which makes crescent cubes of about 10 g. Its built-in bin holds 47 kg, and the machine suits hotels, restaurants and larger bars. With air and water at +10 °C output is up to 138 kg per 24 h, and 115 kg at +32/+21 °C.
