Ice cube maker Hoshizaki IM-130APE

When more ice is needed than a compact all-in-one machine can hold, a modular head lets you choose the bin size separately. The Hoshizaki IM-130APE makes up to 125 kg of large, roughly 23 g cubes per 24 h – enough for a busy evening bar or a hotel restaurant. The head itself is 560 mm wide and 880 mm high and has no storage of its own.

Automatic cleaning is built in, the condenser is air-cooled and the refrigerant is R290. At an output of 125 kg a day, the machine draws 580 W and weighs 68 kg without a bin.
