Description

Ice is food, and where hygiene inspections are strict the UV-C sanitising added to the IM-130APE-U helps keep the inside of the machine clean between cleaning cycles. Otherwise it is a 125 kg modular cuber making large cubes of about 23 g, used with a separate bin.

Automatic cleaning is fitted alongside the UV-C unit. The air-cooled machine runs on R290 and draws 580 W. The UV-C module adds weight – 78 kg net, 89 kg packed – while the dimensions stay at 560 × 700 × 880 mm.
