Description

For a cocktail bar where ice goes straight into the glass and shaker, the IM-130APE-U-23 offers two things at once: medium 17 g cubes that chill quickly, and UV-C light sanitising that keeps the inside of the machine clean. Output reaches 100 kg per 24 h, collected in a separately ordered bin.

Automatic cleaning complements the UV-C system. The machine is air-cooled and runs on R290, using 27.5 litres of water an hour and 585 W of power. The head is 880 mm high, plus the height of the chosen bin.
