Producing up to 630 kg of ice per 24 h, the Hoshizaki KM-590DJE-R452 is meant for large hotels, catering businesses and production kitchens. It is a modular machine that makes crescent cubes (about 10 g) and works with a separate storage bin. The air-cooled condenser runs on R452A.
