Call sales +372 5559 3678The Hoshizaki FM-480AKE-HC-SB is a modular flake ice head rated at up to 450 kg of flake ice per 24 h at +10 °C air and water. It is intended for production kitchens, hotels and shops and is combined with a separately ordered B-140SB, B-210SB or B-340SB bin. It uses an auger system, so water consumption matches ice production.
Cooling is air-cooled, the housing is stainless steel and the refrigerant is the natural R290 (GWP 3), with a 0.145 kg charge. Daily output: 450 kg at +10/+10 °C, 400 kg at +21/+15 °C and 340 kg at +32/+21 °C. Water consumption 18.75 l/h, electrical power 1100 W, single-phase 220–240 V / 50 Hz.
Despite the higher output it keeps the same 560 × 700 × 780 mm footprint as the smaller heads, at 92 kg net.
