The same output as the larger-bin version in a more compact body: the Hoshizaki FM-120KE-HC produces up to 125 kg of flake ice per 24 h (+10 °C air and water) and stores it in a built-in 26 kg bin. The machine is self-contained. Because ice is made by an auger system, water consumption equals the amount of ice produced, 5.2 litres per hour (+10/+10 °C).
Air-cooled condenser, R290 refrigerant (0.1 kg, GWP
3) and a stainless-steel housing.
In warmer conditions output is 105 kg (21/15 °C) and 82 kg (+32/+21 °C). Height is 711 mm without legs and 800 mm with 89 mm legs; footprint 640 × 600 mm, net weight 66 kg. Electrical connection 1/220-240V/50Hz, power 355 W.
