Ice cream freezer Sagi KAGL6BR

Remote refrigeration defines the single-door SAGI KAGL6BR ice cream freezer: its condensing unit is installed separately and is not supplied. Its AISI 304 racks have nine positions spaced 150 mm apart for 54 containers of 36 × 16.5 × 12 cm, and the temperature is set between −24 °C and −12 °C.

Gross volume 682 litres, net 538 litres. The electronic board with digital display includes HACCP alarms and the Hyper Cold function. Fan-assisted cooling works through an evaporator outside the compartment, defrost is automatic with electric heating elements, and the door has a key lock, a full-height integrated handle and a self-closing device for openings under 90°.

A safety switch stops the fan and turns on the LED light; components are reached via a retractable front panel. Rated for ambient temperatures up to 40 °C (climate class 5), the freezer uses R452A and has a refrigerating capacity of 1054 W at −23.3 °C. Dimensions 750 × 900 × 2040 mm, 137 kg net, 1200 W on 230 V, insulation 75 mm.
