The interior follows the Ice Cream series layout, with nine 150 mm-spaced positions on AISI 304 racks for 54 containers of 36 × 16.5 × 12 cm, held at −24…−12 °C.
Fan-assisted cooling with an external evaporator serves the 538-litre net volume (682 litres gross), and hot gas defrosts it only when needed. HACCP alarms and Hyper Cold are handled by the electronic board with digital display. The door locks, carries a full-height integrated handle and closes itself when opened less than 90°; the interior is LED-lit and the bottom diamond treated.
