A curved glass sneeze guard, LED lighting and a white cabinet that lends itself to branding put the flavours in focus. Lockable flat sliding glass lids cover baskets designed for 5 l plastic tubs; Napoli tubs do not fit.
The baskets are ordered as accessories and leave space for stock below. Cooling is static, the temperature is set on a mechanical thermostat, defrosting is manual and a digital thermometer shows the reading. The freezer moves on four castors, two of them braked.
